Jan Aarts, a key figure at Telyos Group, began his career by founding Masterfix in 1983. After selling the company in 2002, he established Anzi Sinolink Europe BV together with Shanghai Anzi Industrial Ltd., focusing on distributing blind rivets in Europe. The company merged with Formaparts Europe BV, another of Jan’s ventures, to form Qonnect BV in 2017. Qonnect has since become a significant contributor to the fastening industry under Jan's leadership. Jan currently serves on the advisory committee, helping to guide Telyos Group's growth.

Daan Schrijen has been an essential part of Qonnect since 2014, having initially joined when the company was known as Anzi Sinolink Europe BV. As the trusted right-hand man to Jan Aarts, Daan served as the operations manager and has been extensively involved in various aspects of the business, from sales to international relations. He has traveled across Europe, directly engaging with customers, and has played a critical role in managing relationships with suppliers in China. In 2022, when Jan stepped down as CEO, Daan assumed the role, taking charge of Qonnect’s strategic direction and managing the day-to-day operations.

Peter Falk has been the CEO of FEIFAR for more than 20 years, managing the daily operations of the company. Under his leadership, the company has maintained the feel of a family-owned business as it was when Heinz Feifar initially founded the company. With his expertise in mechanical engineering, Peter is well-equipped to support on technical questions and challenges from customers. His passion for engineering and FEIFAR is as strong as ever, even after two decades.
